At Energee3, people’s growth is crucial and personalised training programs are our primary tools.
► new junior candidates will integrate 360° training (both technical and soft-skills based). A tutor will accompany them during a tailor-made path, finalised to grow their knowledge and skills. At the end of the training, they will work with senior colleagues to start the training on-the-job and become fully operational. Finally, we will set up a yearly plan according to the skills acquired, the specific role and the business situation.
► new senior candidates will be operational starting from the very beginning, with the supervision of a colleague. We will agree upon a personalised training plan considering any possible missing skills or knowledge connected to their role
► for all employees, every year, they will access a personalised traineeship plan according to the company goals and specific needs of their position.
