► new junior candidates will integrate 360° training (both technical and soft-skills based). A tutor will accompany them during a tailor-made path, finalised to grow their knowledge and skills. At the end of the training, they will work with senior colleagues to start the training on-the-job and become fully operational. Finally, we will set up a yearly plan according to the skills acquired, the specific role and the business situation.
